Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/02/2026

At Tsameem Events, we are committed to delivering high-quality wedding and event services. Due to the customized nature of our services and products, the following Return & Refund Policy applies:

1. Booking & Advance Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.
The deposit secures your event date, resources, and production schedule.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Event Planning & Decoration Services

Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Partial refund may apply (excluding deposit and work already completed).
Cancellation within 14 days of the event: No refund will be issued due to preparation and supplier commitments.
Cancellation within 7 days of the event: 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.

Event Rentals (Chairs, Tables, Tents, Lighting, etc.)

Cancellation 7+ days before event: Partial refund may apply.
Cancellation less than 3 days before event: No refund.

3. Custom Products (Wedding Invitation Cards & Printed Items)

All custom-designed and printed items are non-refundable once artwork is approved.
No refunds will be provided after printing has started.
Clients must carefully review and approve designs before final production.

4. Date Changes / Rescheduling

Date changes are subject to availability.
If the new date is available, payments may be transferred.
If unavailable, cancellation terms will apply.

5. Force Majeure

Tsameem Events is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

6. Damages & Liability (For Rentals)

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of rented items.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
